Ships anchor about 1 km off Barra Sul, at the southern end of Praia Central, and tenders carry passengers to the Atracadouro Barra Sul terminal on the breakwater at Avenida Atlantica 6020. The terminal has a covered waiting area, toilets, security scanners and a tourist information desk on ship days. Tenders may not run in rough sea.
Barra Sul's restaurants and the Tedesco marina are a short walk away. The town centre around Praca Almirante Tamandare is about 4 km north along the beach: about a 55 minute walk, or a ride on the free Linha Violeta city bus.

Navegantes (NVT) is the closest airport; Florianopolis (FLN) is a larger alternative 1.5-2 hours away. City buses are free. On ship days the city sets aside bus, taxi and rideshare bays near Barra Sul. Transfers may be sold by the cruise line for embarking guests; check your booking.

Customs-cleared tender landing and embarkation terminal on the Barra Sul breakwater at Avenida Atlantica 6020, run by Grupo Tedesco, with a covered waiting area, toilets, security scanners and a tourist information desk on ship days.
The accredited cruise parking is at the Tedesco Marina Garden Plaza on Avenida Normando Tedesco in Barra Sul, about 500 m from the boarding terminal. It must be booked in advance through the cruise line and is paid by voucher; a 7-night cruise package costs R$665 for 2026/27. Cars park on level G2, guests keep their keys, and a free transfer runs to the terminal. Arrive at least 60 minutes before check-in closes. Only cars, SUVs and motorbikes are accepted; motorhomes, vans and buses need a quote 30 days ahead.
Boarding is by tender from the terminal, so guests with reduced mobility should ask the cruise line about tender access before booking.

Balneario Camboriu is a beach resort city on the coast of Santa Catarina in southern Brazil, known for its tall skyline of apartment towers along the curved Praia Central. Avenida Atlantica runs the length of the beach with cafes, bars and restaurants, and the Unipraias cable car crosses the hills to Laranjeiras beach.
The city is also close to the Beto Carrero World theme park and the port towns of Itajai and Porto Belo.
Cruise ships anchor in the bay and land passengers at the Atracadouro Barra Sul terminal at the south end of the beach. Ships call here in the southern summer, and some cruises now start and end here.
